What we collect, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and what we will never do with it.
This page will set out what a monitoring subscription actually collects, where it is stored, who inside Gaia can see it, and how long it is retained after a subscription ends.
It will also cover the part clients ask about most: whether readings from one property are ever used in an aggregate figure we publish, and on what basis. Where we show a median across monitored rooms, the figure will say so and the underlying properties stay unidentified.
