Plant-based products, and that's the whole list

Tea tree and enzyme-based cleaners. No quaternary ammonium, no phenols, no glutaraldehyde, no fogging with something you then have to ventilate out. If you have small children or anyone with asthma in the house, this is usually the reason you're reading this page.

Mould, and an honest read on it

Most of what gets called a mould problem in Dubai is a moisture problem with a visible symptom. We find the water first, then the growth. Sometimes the answer is a cleaning cycle. Sometimes it's physical removal, which is a different trade — and we'll say so rather than sell you a service that won't fix it.

How we approach mould →

How it works

Step 1

A free inspection

Around ninety minutes. We walk the property, open the AC system, photograph it as found, and take readings in each occupied room. You keep every photograph whether you engage us or not.

Step 2

A written report in two days

What we found, what we measured, what we'd do, and what we'd leave alone. Including "nothing needs doing" when that's the honest answer.

Step 3

Quarterly visits, one deep clean a year

The industry here sells a single annual visit. Your AC runs eight to ten months a year and biofilm doesn't wait for the anniversary. Same technicians each time.

Optional

A sensor, if you want one

Some clients want to see what's happening between visits. Most don't, and that's fine — the service works either way. What it measures →

Since you'll hear it from us either way

Tea tree doesn't remove mould. It slows it down.

It has real, well-documented antifungal activity — that's why we use it. But suppressing growth is not the same as removing it, and neither is the same as fixing the water that caused it. That's precisely why we come back every quarter instead of once a year.

If you have visible growth on a wall or ceiling, no cleaning product is the answer and we'll tell you that at the inspection. The evidence, in full →
